Wordpress 2.7 Features

Most of the Wordpress community is excited about the up and coming release of version 2.7. After playing around with the RC1 that you can download, I think it’ll take a bit to get used to the new admin layout. I am a creature of habit after all, and I hate having everything switched up on me. But I’m sure I’ll all come to love it after I get my hands dirty with it.

Dropbox Beta Opens

Dropbox has recently opened up for the public, and a beautiful thing it is. This is hands down, the best way to store and share files between computers and friends.

It is especially nice for sharing between a Mac, PC or Linux. You’ll have a Dropbox folder on each computer and the files you wish to share residing in it. Modify a file in one of the folder, and the files on the other computers are updated immediately.

Should you accidentally delete one of the files from a computer you are at, you can log into your online account and undelete the file, as it’s stored temporarily on the dropbox servers. Watch the video!

Tebe: Graphic Inspiration

I just ran across this guys livejournal. He updates it with his art, which is extremely impressive. You’ll find hand sketches, art mixed with photo-manipulation and more. I went back quite a few pages, and was only more and more impressed. Some really neat ideas, as well as great inspiration. I only wish I understood Russian.
